Knowing outdoor amenities is one key factor when choosing a place to live, Aventine West Melbourne teamed with Superior Playgrounds to create outdoor recreational spaces that rise above the competition. Together, they created a playground area, a bark park, and three shaded spaces.
The playground, our PS3-34358-1, is designed for children ages 5-12 years and boasts plenty of age-appropriate play activities, along with a trendy color scheme that complements the colors of the apartments. What’s more, they opted for a shaded playground to help alleviate the hot Florida sun. Also included is our Buddy Bench with an attached bench shade.
The bark park, which is a big attractor for parents of pets, includes our Puppy Paradise dog park package that includes six dog agility pieces, such as our Camel Hump Climber and Home Sweet Home. Another big plus? The complex included pet wash stations, which are shaded by one of our 12’ x 20’ Hip End Shelters.
The complex also created outdoor picnic areas with our 12 x 20’ Hip End Shelters and our site furnishings.
