Friendship Place Apartments, located in Fredericksburg, Texas, (a suburb between Austin and San Antonio) was looking for a way to boost and maintain tenants with small children. Management for the apartment complex opted to incorporate a playground into their amenity package. The unit chosen was our PS5-70147-2, a modern apartment playground designed for children ages 5-12 years. This playground design includes two slides, several climbers, and our Arched Split Roof. The management company chose a modern color scheme of dark blue, patina green, and feather gray.
